At Pro Standard, we stand behind the quality of our premium sports apparel and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. We strive to ensure every fan is completely satisfied with their purchase and the process is as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Prepaid Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your gear.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the original packaging is used to protect the premium materials during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
